I feel better...

I have taken on board all your advice and stopped to consider some that I have been dishing out of late... and I took the morning off......

I dropped Danny at Pre-School and returned to the office to start a completely new PIF project as I was not particularly happy with the previous item...

I had a lovely morning and after picking up Danny and loading all the bits I needed into the car and doing an amazing piece of manoeuvring... (some Muppet blocked me in) I came home to sit and create some more.... I feel a little more chilled and I think after a few early nights I might even feel less spaced out...

I will be posting Snippity Gibbets PIF tomorrow and then I will get on and finish Sarah's (The Blueberry Patch) PIF ...

I have to be in on Friday as the post office is redelivering a parcel... I think its Scarecrows, but it could be silk sunflowers.... but that's another story for another day!

Take care everyone
Hugs and stuff
Alex

Good for you, we all need to slow down once in a while and it is OK to say 'no', but how many of us take our own advice! - I certainly don't - ha ha.

Good grief woman I was just catching up with your blog and can you remember that wee word...no. ?
I'm glad to see that you've already been advised to take some you time, my him indoors goes away a month at a time so I'm used to getting on with it all now but it's still difficult having to do 'it' all by yourself. (((hugs)))

Hello Mrs. Thank you for the award and your lovely words. You are too kind. I'm sat here grinning from ear to ear.
I really feel for you, I hate it when my husband has to go away. He has to spend 2 days away each week and although it's not much I can't wait for him come home.
I'm with Taz and the 'no' word. It's not easy but I think sometimes people think more of you for saying it. Go on try it, I dare ya!

Hello Alex
Congratulations on your awards! Thank you so much for passing on an award to me, you have made my day. I have been thinking of you, it can't be easy having Mr P away for so long. He will be so glad to be reunited with you in 4 weeks time. It dooes not seem fair that we should have to pay so much more for petrol over here compared to in the States! I would have been stunned too! Take care Alex and once again THANK YOU!

Thank you so much for the award Alex and the lovely comments, you're a star :)

Glad you're feeling better, sounds like you are being overloaded with other people's crap!

I have just finished my PIF's but need to get them posted.

I was trying to figure out what a "pif" is. There are so many Brit words that are different than American ones, and I was conjuring up all kinds of images in my mind. LOL.

I eventually figured it out......

Can't wait to see! jan

I am so pleased you are feeling better alex. I am hosting a book swap over on my blog. It is a permanent feature, which will always be on my blog, it is not a one off, like the rose theme swap I'm hosting. I have listed a load of my books which I am willing to swap, take a look, there may be some you fancy. If you would like to list books which you no longer want, and are willing to swap, just contact me at rosehyacinth@hotmail.co.uk, or leave a comment on my blog, with your name, the name of your blog and the books you wish to swap, and I will type them up and post them on the swap page, so the more and more people who participate, the wider the range of books there will be to choose from, and remember, it will always be there on my blog.
